How do I Book?
All bookings can be made online through our booking system which requires a deposit once the order is made. Alternatively, you can call us on 07730425230. If we don’t answer, leave a voice mail or send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How long do I have my Hot Tub for?
You will be able to use your Hot Tub for FOUR FULL DAYS. For example, we will deliver the Hot Tub on Thursday, it will then take 12 hours to heat and will be ready for use on the Friday. Our team will collect the Hot Tub on Tuesday meaning you have the Hot tub for Four full days.
What is included in the price?
The price includes Delivery, Setup and Collection.
What areas do you cover?
Our team covers all areas ranging from Belfast, Dromore, Hillsborough, Bangor, Banbridge, Holywood, Ards Peninsula, Downpatrick, Lisburn, Newcastle and many more.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Adverse Weather: We offer a full refund if the hire is cancelled due to heavy rain or high winds (24mph or more).
More than 10 Days Notice: We will retain the non-refundable deposit for loss of booking and you are NOT required to pay the outstanding balance.
Less than 10 Days Notice: We will retain the non-refundable deposit for loss of booking and you ARE subject to pay 50% of the remaining balance.
Downe Hot Tub Hire reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time where there is a potential Health & Safety risk to any party.
