Delivery & Setup
Please ensure the area where the hot tub will be situated is cleared of all debris. On arrival we will setup the Hot Tub and all other products, start filling with water, add chemicals and explain the daily operating procedures. Please ensure there is a minimum access width of 3.5ft and a level floor space of 8ft by 8ft.
Filling & Heating Time
The Hot Tub takes approximately 1 hour to fill (depending on water pressure). After filling is complete, the cold water will take 10-12 hours to reach optimum temperature, once heated no access water should be added.
Collection
Upon collection, we need access to electricity. A submersible pump is used empty the Hot Tub water into the drains, thus, ensuring your garden is not water waterlogged. It takes approximately 30 minutes for the collection process.
Booking
Select the date you want your Hot tub to be delivered on.
Our Hot Tub Hire periods are from Thursday to Tuesday, please select the Thursday of the week you want your Hot Tub delivered. Subject to availability, we may be able to change the hiring start and end dates to match your needs. Please get in touch with us to discuss your specific needs.
